High-Count Worsted Flannel · Super 150s Luxury
This series uses superfine 16.0 micron Australian Merino wool, renowned worldwide for its delicate and luxurious hand-feel. The ultra-fine wool fibers are exceptionally soft and elastic, with natural fine crimp and loft, creating garments with excellent warmth and supreme wearing comfort.
The fabric is woven with high-count 4-ply yarns in classic solid, heather, herringbone, and check patterns. During finishing, it undergoes milling treatment to provide worsted flannel with pleasant tactility and excellent resilience. The serge weave's balanced structure features the signature 45° subtle twill line, full substance, excellent wrinkle resistance, and durability.
The milling process creates a soft nap surface while maintaining the fabric's structural integrity. The 4-ply yarn construction provides superior durability and shape retention compared to standard 2-ply fabrics. The result is a flannel with exceptional hand-feel — soft yet structured, warm yet breathable.
The serge (twill) weave produces a subtle diagonal pattern that adds visual depth and texture while contributing to the fabric's excellent drape and resilience. This construction method has been favored for generations in fine tailoring for its balance of elegance and performance.
Perfect for autumn/winter suiting, sport coats, blazers, and tailored separates. The warmth and softness of this flannel make it ideal for cooler seasons, while the worsted construction keeps it refined enough for business and formal occasions. Excellent for brands seeking luxury flannel fabrics that perform across seasons.
